XVIII International Fair PETROL STATION. Technology. Fuels. Ecology. Energy. Car washes

On 11-13 May 2011, the Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels organised the International Fair PETROL STATION for the 18th time. The exhibition part was accompanied by training, a Regional Meeting and the FORUM “Liquid and Energy Fuels Market 2011”. During the fair, the Product of the Year Competition was decided. This award was given to the product of the company offering the most interesting technical solution on the Polish fuel market recently (list of winners attached). This year’s exhibition offer was divided into five thematic areas: Technology, Fuels, Ecology, Energy and Car Washes. The last area is a trade fair section that has been distinguished by its exceptional resilience for years, which is why it was awarded the appropriate exhibition status in this year’s edition of the event. This year’s trade fair conference was devoted to the most important trends characterizing the domestic energy market. The conference was honored with the presence of representatives of institutions, state offices, scientific communities and representatives of the economic community. The FUELS STATION trade fair is the oldest and largest event of this type in Poland. Last year, the 17th edition gathered an excellent number of exhibitors, which has only slightly changed this year. The event organizer – the Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels – was pleased to note that the popularity of the event remains at the highest level, and new companies are still joining the group of exhibitors. On over 7,000 thousand m2, many exhibitors from Poland and abroad were at the disposal of the fair guests, including from the Czech Republic, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Italy, the USA, Ukraine, China and Belgium. This year’s event was visited by several thousand people. The 18th International Fair PETROL STATION was held under the honorary patronage of: the Minister of Economy, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Minister of State Treasury, the Ministry of the Environment, the Central Office of Measures, the Energy Regulatory Office, the National Chamber of Commerce, the National Chamber of Biofuels, the Office of Technical Inspection, the Transport Technical Inspection, the Automotive Industry Institute, SČS ČR, the Union of European Petroleum Independents, the European Conference of Fuel Distributors, the Polish Economic Chamber of Renewable Energy, the Polish Chamber of Liquefied Gas, the Polish Organisation of Petroleum Industry and Trade. The fair and the conference, as in previous years, were held in the exhibition halls of the EXPO XXI complex, located at ul. Prądzyńskiego.
