The 22nd International Trade Fair Petrol Station 2015, Warsaw – final report

Once again the event organized by Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels has proved its importance for the industry and pole position among branch shows. Moods in the industry are upbeat what is also reflected in the high levels of satisfaction expressed by the exhibitors and visitors.

Warsaw, 20th May 2015. During few days of the International Trade Fair Petrol Station  has been established a lot of business connections between professionals. Few thousands experts visited the event that was held at Expocentre XXI, including top decisive makers, politicians, local authorities and branch specialists.

On the 22nd Petrol Station International Trade Fair were shown numerous of novelties and innovative solutions. Over 100 exhibitors presented themselves on the exhibition. Participants could take a part in abundant parallel events.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was hosted by Halina Pupacz – President of Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels (PIPP), Marek Matuszewski – member of Polish parliament, Thibuald de Lisle – General Director of Total Polska, Jerzy Turek President of Reserved Materials Agency and Wiesław Deć – member of PIPP Board.

Dynamic development, new products and solutions for the whole branch need platform for their presentation. For that purpose we organize Petrol Station International Trade Fair  that are one of the most important events for the branch.” Said Halina Pupacz, President of Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels.

Attendees could take a part in Akademia Przedsiębiorcy, well-established series of discussion panels for interested visitors that is aimed to exchange experience and good practices in managing, finance business cooperation and law aspects. Among lecturers were top executives in  fuel and related branches.

Among numerous of novelties was Strefa Metanu – the Methane Area for products and services related to this fuel. In addition, visitors could try fitness appliances for drivers and dishes that will be soon sold in convenience stores at filling stations. Broad scope of FMCG and HoReCa services and products  were presented as well, together with interior design, signage and advertising.

Big public attention was drawn to the conference Polish Liquid Fuel Market 2015, where raised subjects concerned current trends and directions of development. Among them were brought up topics like LPG and LNG markets, strategic reserves, retail and wholesale prices. Amongst lecturers were top experts including Daniel Betke, President of Operator Logistyczny Paliw Płynnych, Mieczysław Borkowski, President of UDT (Technical Inspection Office), Jarosław Neneman, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Finance and many other excellent speakers.
